Board Book, white board, Tyvek
6,1 × 5,3 × 1,1 cm
is the very first Board Book I did in Hedy Kyle's course in Ascona, in 1996.
The simplicity of this binding convinces me since then. The model Hedi has brought to the workshop and which I was learning from, was made with Japanese paper. I replaced it with Tyvek as reinforcement in the spine. Later I also used cloth and leather and it works!
